Crib Ready offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. We will provide a full refund up to 14 days after the furniture is installed.

2. How does the rental process work?

Once you rent from us, we will reach out confirming our delivery time. We will be in touch with you ensuring that the move-in and move-out process goes smoothly.

3. What types of furniture do you offer?

We offer your in-room essentials - beds, desks, dressers, AC Units, and mini fridges.

Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Services

Student Hand LLC, doing business as Crib Ready (“Crib Ready”), offers rental of furniture products, including but not limited to mattresses, desks, dressers, Air Conditioners, and mini-fridges (“Rental Products”), for the duration of a specified lease or rental period (“Rental Term”). Under each rental agreement, Crib Ready will:

• Deliver and install the Rental Products at the address specified in the order;
• Ensure that all Rental Products are clean and in good working condition at the time of delivery;
• Retrieve the Rental Products at the conclusion of the Rental Term.

2. Use of Rental Products

Rental Products must remain at the delivery address listed in the rental order. Relocation of Rental Products without prior written consent from Crib Ready is prohibited.

3. Delivery

Crib Ready will deliver Rental Products on or before the tenant’s lease start date. The tenant must either:
• Be present for delivery,
• Authorize a representative to be present,
• Or provide Crib Ready with clear and specific access instructions.
• If access is not provided after two (2) email attempts and two (2) SMS text message attempts (initiated at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled delivery date), a missed delivery fee of $74.99 will apply.

4. Pick-Up

Crib Ready will schedule pick-up of Rental Products on or after the lease end date. The tenant must either:

• Be present for pick-up,
• Authorize a representative to be present,
• Or provide Crib Ready with specific instructions for access. (General directions such as "contact building management" are not sufficient.)
• If access is not provided after two (2) email attempts and two (2) SMS text message attempts, a missed pick-up fee of $74.99 will apply.
• If the tenant declines two (2) alternative pick-up dates proposed by Crib Ready, the tenant may be charged a replacement fee of up to $500 per item. All outstanding fees must be paid by the earlier of the scheduled pick-up date or within fourteen (14) days of invoicing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Rental orders may be canceled at any time prior to delivery or within thirty (30) days following delivery. Provided that Rental Products are returned undamaged and in the condition they were delivered, a full refund will be issued.

After the thirty (30)-day cancellation window, no refunds will be provided, including if the tenant vacates the premises early.

6. Damage and Defects

If a Rental Product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery, tenants must notify Crib Ready within thirty (30) days to receive a replacement at no additional cost.

After thirty (30) days, Rental Products will be deemed accepted in good condition, and the tenant assumes full responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage, excluding normal wear and tear. Rental Products returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in a replacement fee of up to $500 per item.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crib Ready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use Rental Products.

Crib Ready’s total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the tenant under the applicable rental order.

8. Governing Law

These Rental Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Maine.
